About Cluster
Lilium growers set up in Shansha village is situated 22 kms from Keylong, L&S which now onwards will be named as Shansha Lilium Cluster. With the objective of promoting Lilium cultivation and reducing rising unemployment in village Phura, Lomach, Jasreth, Junda, Goharma, Jhalman, Galiang, Taljan, Shanshan, Chokhang, Naingahr, Madgraon, Tibog and Baring, Dist. L&S, Himachal Pradesh. Lilium is a high value bulbous floriculture crop which has a fourth rank in the international flower trade.

The cluster is located in 14 villages spread in Keylong block of the Lahaul Spiti District, in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The cluster is known for exquisite Lillium flower cultivation availability of exotic vegetables and medicinal plants. A part of the value chain right from cultivation to manual cutting, grading, local vegetable markets exist with in cluster region. The village is located in a location where many small scale industries, educational institutions and Govt. Departments are established.
